PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in quality by preventing the manufacturing of inferior goods, by a method wherein abnormality is forecast by presetting monitoring conditions on an upper and lower limits of molding conditions respectively in molding processes by detecting hydraulic pressure of an injection cylinder or resin pressure within a mold, and a moving speed and position of a screw are detected. CONSTITUTION:Monitoring condition data Md including an upper limit value Ma, and lower limit value Mi have been kept stored in a memory part 10-3 of a control device 10 beforehand. Injection molding is performed, data through respective detectors are read into the control device 10 and its actual result data Rd1 is stored in a memory part 10-2 Then the upper limit data Ma of the monitoring condition data Md is compared with the lower limit value Mi of the monitoring condition data Md, when Rd1>Ma or Rd1<Mi is given, it is decided to be inferior and an inferior signal is sent out to an alarm device 11 from the control device 10 at that point of time. Then the actual result data Rd1 and the next actual result data Rd2 read into the control device 10 through the detectors each are compared with each other, sizes are determined and stored, the procedure is repeated smilarly in the following processes and comparison data are kept updated. When forecast result is determined as inferior, the inferior signal is sent out to the alarm device 11 from the control device 10 at that time.
