Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a fear of contamination by various germs from a gap of a lid of a laboratory dish even when used for cultivation, by providing a gas suction port at the top and gas discharge port at the bottom of a thermostatic chamber, connecting a gas circulation route and circulating a gas therethrough. CONSTITUTION:A thermostatic chamber 1 containing a gas as a medium is provided with a door 2 for taking in and out a sample, a gas suction port 3 at the top and gas discharge port 4 at the bottom at the same time. The gas suction port 3 and gas discharge port 4 are connected with a gas transportation route 6 and a gas in the thermostatic chamber 1 and gas transportation route 6 is circulated by a fan 7. A filter 8 is detachably mounted in the gas transportation route 6 on the upstream side of the fan 7. That is the gas is circulated from the upper to the lower parts in the thermostatic chamber with hardly any fear of contamination by various germs from a gap of a laboratory dish even when used for cultivation. Contamination of the various germs into the thermostatic chamber and propagation thereof can be minimized.
