Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a position and displacement control type driving device which accurately and stably detects displacement with high sensitivity from extremely small displacement to large displacement by connecting a series resistance of 1OMEGA-10kOMEGA to the output circuit of a deforming conductive element. CONSTITUTION:The resistance of <=10kOMEGA needs to be connected in series so as to obtain an output signal within a range where the deforming conductive element is held linear, and the minimum value of the connected resistance IT should be >=1OMEGA to prevent an overcurrent from flowing when deformation strain is large. Here, the output circuit of the element 20 is applied to the position and displacement control type driving device and a cam 26 is rotated as a motor 23 to put the element in bending motion repeatedly. Consequently, the number of times or displacement quantity of the up-down motion of a 2nd arm 29 is detected from variation in resistance value by the bending of the element 20, and the variation in the resistance value is transmitted to the motor 23 through a controller 32 including the output circuit of the element to control the driving the motor 23 to that the fine position correction of the arm 29 is made.
