Claims (1)
蒸留塔に供給し、該蒸留塔中央に設けた少なくと
も一段以上の棚段を溢水して底部に貯液し、該貯
液を底部に備えた加熱器で加熱してその蒸気を前
記溢水と接触し、その蒸発気体が気体分離膜を通
過して不純物が除去されついで凝縮器で凝縮され
て再生有機溶剤が再生蒸留されることを特徴とす
る有機溶剤廃液の再生装置。 (2) 酸を含有する有機溶剤廃液はアルカリ添加
を行なつて蒸留塔で蒸留することを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の有機溶剤廃液
