の凹所内に挿入溝を設けこの溝内にガラス管ヒー
タの端末部を挿入支持するとともに、この溝の上
部に冷却器のＵ曲げ部を載置する凹部を設け、冷
却器のフインによりガラス管ヒータの抜け止めを
