Description
本考案は、合成樹脂シートの袋中の空気を抜
き、袋の口部を熱溶着して袋中の食品を真空包装
出来、更に必要に応じて袋を膨らませることの出
来る装置に関する。

る。

上記目的を達するため、本考案の装置は、蓋体

ホース31にて連携して構成され、手押しポンプ
4は上下方向に拡縮可能な蛇腹体41内に圧縮バ
ネ44を配備し、蛇腹体41を支持する受部11
に夫々逆止弁61,62を具えた吸気口63と排
気口64を隣接して設け、ノズル3に繋いだ前記
ホース31の基端は吸気口63と排気口64の
夫々の開口面にスライドして切替え可能に連繋し
ている。

これを数回行なうと袋内が真空状態となり、袋
が内部の食品に密着したときヒータ51を作動さ
せ、蓋体2を強く下向きに押して蓋体2の押圧面
21と熱板5との間に袋の開口端を挟む。これに
よつて袋の開口部は熱溶着される。
蓋体2を開くと袋を引き出すことが出来る。
袋膨らませ機能
第3図の2点鎖線で示す如く、ホース31の先
端を排気口64に切換える。
真空包装体9を開封し、開口部91にノズル3
を挿入し、蓋体2の押圧面21が袋9に軽く当た
る程度に蓋体2を閉じる。
手押しポンプ4の蛇腹体41を手で押えると、
ボンプ4内の空気は排気口64からホース31及
びノズル3を経て、強制的に袋中に送り込まれ
る。
ポンプの押圧を解放すると蛇腹体41の復帰に
伴つて、吸気口63がポンプ中に導入される。
上記操作を1〜2回行なうと袋が膨らみ、内容
物の取出しが容易になる。

タ51が内蔵されている。
本体1の略中央部で且つ熱板5の後方位置に扁
平ノズル3がその開口30を開き側に向けて配備
され、本体1の後部に手押しポンプ4が配備され
る。
ポンプ4は第2図、第3図に示す如く、本体の
底面に突設された円筒状の受部11の上面鍔部1
2に蛇腹体41の下端を接着剤等にて接合し、蛇
腹体41の上端に上面が閉塞した短い円筒状の押
し部材42を被せる。
押し部材42は本体1に形成したガイド穴13
中にて上下動可能に嵌まり、該穴部の上縁と押し
部材42の下端縁に、夫々抜止め片10,40を
張り出している。
蛇腹体41内部には圧縮バネ44が配備され、
常時蛇腹体41を伸び方向に付勢し、押し部材4
2を押し上げている。
前記受部11の前面には弁筐6が突設され、該
弁筐6内に外部から蛇腹体41内への流入のみを
許容する第1逆止弁61及び蛇腹体41から外部
への流出のみを許容する第2逆止弁62が配備さ
れる。
弁筐6の前面60は平滑に仕上げられ、該前面
に第1逆止弁61に連通する吸気口63及び第2
逆止弁62に連通する排気口64が開設されてい
る。
弁筐6には、吸気口63と排気口64に切換え
可能にホース31が連繋される。
ホース31の先端にエルボ32が繋がれ、エル
ボ32の先端開口に円筒状のシール材33が嵌め
られ、該シール材33が弁筐6の前面60に接し
ている。
エルボ32は本体1の外部から操作可能なスラ
イド部材7に繋がれる。
第4図に示す如くスライド部材7は横長長方形
の基板71の両端に斜め前方に外拡がりに伸びる
一対の板バネ片72,72を突出し、更に基板7
1の一端にエルボ支持部材73を突設している。
エルボ支持部材73はエルボの外形状に対応す
る嵌込み穴74を有し、該穴74の側壁にホース
31が通る開口部75を開設している。
第4図に矢印Aで示す如く嵌込み穴74から開
口部75にホース31を通して引張り、ホース先
端のエルボ32を嵌込み穴74に緊密に嵌合す
る。
ホース31の先端は前記ノズル3に接続され
る。
スライド部材7の基板71に角孔76を開設
し、該孔76に操作片77の脚部78を嵌合し固
定する。
スライド部材7のバネ片72,72を本体1の
内面に当て、バネ作用にてホース先端のエルボ3
2を弁筐6の前面60に当てる。
スライド部材7の操作片77を本体1の前面に
開設したガイド孔15から臨出させる。
本体1の後縁には蓋体2が枢支され、該蓋体2
の自由端側の内面には本体1の熱板5との対向位
置に熱板5を押圧可能な押圧面21が形成され、
又、ポンプ4の押し部材42との対応位置に該押
し部材42の上端押し面43を臨出させる孔22
が開設される。
然してスライド部材7を操作しホース31をポ
ンプ4の吸気口63に繋いだ状態で、ポンプ4の
押し部材42を押圧すると、ノズル3の吸引力が
作用する。
従つて樹脂シート袋9中にノズル3を挿入して
おけば、袋中の空気は吸引される。
吸引が終れば従前どおりヒータ5にて袋の開口
を熱溶着すれば可い。
上記真空包装袋を膨らませるには、操作片77
を本体1の外部から動かしてホース31の先端を
排気口63に切換える。
真空包装袋9を開封し、開口部91にノズル3
を挿入し、蓋体2の押圧面21が袋9に軽く当た
る程度に蓋体2を閉じる。
手押しポンプ4の蛇腹体41を手で押えると前
記とは逆方向に空気が流れ、外気がノズル3を通
じて袋内に強制的に送り込まれ、袋を膨らませる
ことが出来る。
尚、ヒータ51への通電制御は蓋体2を強く締
め付けたときに自動的にスイツチが入る様にす
る。或は適所に設けたON−OFFスイツチを手動
操作する様にしても可く、又、タイマーにて自動
的に通電を停止することも出来る。
本考案の各部構成は上記実施例に限らず、実用
新案登録請求の範囲に記載の技術範囲内で種々の
変形が可能であるのは勿論である。
