Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement between a compression membrane and a conduit, by providing a through hole passing through a compression membrane from its front surface to a base material on its rear side and connecting a conduit to connect the surface of the compression membrane to the outside air-tightly to the opening of the through hole on the near side of the compression membrane. CONSTITUTION:On the side of compression membranes 1 of a filtration chamber 27, liquids which have passed through filter cloths 19 flows over the compression membranes 1 and are guided to through holes 2 and gathered therefrom into a communicating hole 17 of a frame body through conduits 9.
