Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent odor of a foot, and prevent and cure athlete's foot in an insole including antibacterial herb medicine by gradually emitting the herb medicine at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION: Antibacterial herb medicine is gradually emitted at a rate of 0.05-9mg/hour from an insole including the herb medicine. The insole is normally formed of a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet. Otherwise, it is formed of a sheet member comprising a sheet of urethane foam or rubber sponge of a thickness of 1-10mm applied to a fiber cloth. Solution of the herb medicine is put into a container formed of film of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, etc., through which the antibacterial herb medicine is impermeable, and pores are provided in a part of the film, which is combined with the insole, so emitting quantity of the herb medicine is controlled. As a herb seal-permeable film, a soft vinyl chloride film of a thickness of 10-100μm is favorably used.
