Claims (1)
- 空気圧回路に配設された比較的大きな径の空気
の通過用微小穴を有するチヨーク部と、上記通過
用微小穴に挿入された所定断面積の調整用ロツド
とを有し、上記調整用ロツドは弾性体で形成され
、且つ上記微小穴の内外においてそれぞれ折り曲
げ部が形成されていることを特徴とする空気圧回
路における微小穴の流量調整装置。
