れ、該ばねのばね力に抗して前記スライダを回転
駆動するモータと、前記スライダの閉弁時に前記
通気路に第２の微小通気部を形成すべく、該スラ
イダを軸方向に常時押動している押動手段と、前
記モータの通電時には該押動手段の押動力に抗し
て前記スライダを軸方向逆向きに吸引することに
より、前記第２の微小通気部を閉塞させるスライ
