Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a paper wrinkle of copying paper by constituting a pressure roller of a mandrel, and a brush which is placed spirally extending from the center part to both end parts on the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel. CONSTITUTION:A pressure roller 10 is constituted of a mandrel 11 and a brush 12 which is placed spirally extending from the center part to both end parts on the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 11, and placed in a state that the tip of the brush 12 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of a heating roller 1. When both the rollers 10, 1 rotate, the tip of each fiber 13 of the brush 12 repeats to come into contact and be separated with and from the outer peripheral surface of the heating roller 1. In this case, the abutting part of the brush 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the heating roller 1 moves from the center part to both end parts when both the rollers 10, 1 rotate, since the brush 12 is placed spirally extending from the center part to both end parts. Accordingly, copying paper 20 which is fed in between both the rollers 10, 1 inserted and held and carried, is carried while being expanded to both end sides by the brush 12. In such a way, the generation of a paper wrinkle can be prevented.
