In a juicer with such a configuration, a through hole for the rotating shaft must be formed at the bottom of the cooking chamber in order to connect the rotating shaft protruding from the lower surface of the rotating body to an electric motor and rotate it. , the residue flows into the container from the through hole along the rotating shaft, easily staining the inside of the container, and the fibrous material of the pomace of the material to be cooked gets wrapped around the rotating shaft protruding from the lower surface of the rotating member. It gets into the bearing and wears out the bearing.
It also has the disadvantage that it takes time and effort to remove fibers wrapped around the rotating shaft and dust that has entered the bearing.

When the electric motor is driven by operating a switch in this state, the drive shaft 2 is rotated at a reduced speed of 2,000 to 3,000 times per minute, and the rotating body 33 is rotated. and input port 5
4, the material to be cooked is put in and pressed against the cutter 49 with a push rod 55. The material to be cooked pressed against the cutter 49 is cut and pulverized by the cutting blade 51, and fed into the outer circumferential direction of the cutter 49 by centrifugal force. It is sent between the inner surface of the cooking case 23 and the inner surface of the cooking case 23. Then, the material to be cooked is sequentially squeezed in the squeezing section 34, and the separated juices are passed through the filter 30 from the juice outlet 29, flowed into the juice outlet chamber 19, and then from the juice outlet 20 of the juice outlet 19. It flows into the youth container 22. Further, the pomace of the material to be cooked is stored in the dregs storage section 16 through the dregs discharge port 28 of the cooking case 23. The scraps that are not discharged from the scrap discharge port 28 enter between the lower surface of the rotary body 33 and the bottom surface of the cooking case 23, but the rotary shaft 38
A movable bearing 40 is disposed on the outer periphery of the movable bearing 40, and since the outer diameter of the movable bearing 40 is larger than the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 38, the fibers do not wrap around the outer periphery of the movable bearing 40. In addition, the liquid that has entered downward from the stepped portion 13 of the movable bearing 40 presses the lip-shaped edge 48 of the packing 47 against the liquid seal stepped portion 12 and is maintained in a liquid-tight state. Since the lip-shaped edge 46 of the packing 45 is in close contact with the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 38, the sludge is removed from the insertion hole 11.
This prevents dirt and liquid from entering the container body 1.

Note that the diameter of the protrusion 42 of the movable bearing 40 is formed larger than the diameter of the lip-shaped edge 48 of the packing 47, and the liquid seal step 12 is formed to bring the packing 47 into close contact with the bottom surface of the rotating body 33 and the cooking case 23.
The scraps of the cooking material that have entered between the bottom of the cooking case 23 and the top surface of the movable bearing 40 are received by the bottom of the cooking case 23 and the upper surface of the movable bearing 40, and the packing 47 is not directly subjected to pressure from the scraps of the cooking material. Deformation can be prevented and the life of the packing 47 can be increased.

In addition, since the packing 47 provided on the movable bearing 40 is brought into compressive contact with the liquid seal step 12, the compression amount of the packing 47 is always constant regardless of the magnitude of the pressure caused by the material to be cooked, and the packing 47 is not forced to deform. It is possible to improve the lifespan without applying force.

Furthermore, since the packing 47 provided on the movable bearing 40 has a lip-shaped edge 48 expanded downward, the force in the vertical direction due to compression of the lip-shaped edge 48 can be reduced, and the force in the vertical direction due to compression of the packing 47 can be reduced. This reduces the component force and reduces loss during no-load operation.

Further, in the movable bearing 40, the protrusion 42 is fitted and supported by the step part 13 and rotatably supported by the rotating shaft 38, so even if the center of the rotating body 33 is slightly eccentric, the rotating shaft 38, the bearing 37 , 40 do not generate heat or wear out due to the rotation of the rotating body 33,
Further, the locking portion 43 of the movable bearing 40 engages with the protrusion 44, so that rotation is restricted. After the reuse process is completed, the lid 52 is removed, the support case 8 is taken out, and the cooking case 23 is removed, and the rotating body 33 is taken out from the cooking case 23 and cleaned. Rotating body 3 extracted from this cooking case 33
Since the movable bearing 40 provided on the rotating shaft 38 of No. 3 moves downward away from the fixed bearing 37, it can be easily cleaned.

According to the present invention, a plate-shaped cutter is provided on the upper surface, and a fixed bearing is provided that protrudes from the lower surface of the rotating body with a spiral squeezed portion formed on the circumferential surface, and the upper portion of the outer periphery rotates on this fixed bearing. A movable bearing that can be fitted to the rotary shaft is rotatably movable in the axial direction, and a receiving step part that fits and holds the protrusion of the movable bearing is formed at the bottom of the fitting part of the container body. In addition, a packing with a smaller diameter than the protrusion was attached to this movable bearing, and a liquid seal step was formed below the receiving step of the vessel body, with which this packing came into compressed contact. The outer diameter of the rotating shaft was It is larger than the outer diameter of the rotating shaft, and the fibrous residue of the cooking material from which the raw material has been separated is difficult to wrap around the outer periphery of the movable bearing, preventing fibrous material from entering the bearing, increasing the life of the bearing. In addition, during the reusing process, the unused parts and scraps of the cooking material will not flow into the container and leak, and the pressure of the scraps of the cooking material that has entered the lower surface of the rotating body will not be directly applied to the packing, and the packing will not be affected. The life of the bearing can be increased, the seal can be reliably sealed with a simple structure, and even if the center of the rotating shaft deviates slightly, the bearing part will not generate heat, wear out, or the packing will be damaged. It can be moved easily and can be easily cleaned.
