Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition outstanding in electrical conductivity, adherability to substrate and strength, readily curable in a short time into the mass of the coating film therefrom by ultraviolet irradiation, comprising (each) specific ultraviolet-curable composition, photoinitiator, radical polymerization initiator and electrically conductive material. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) as the ultraviolet- curable composition, (i) a photopolymerizable substance of low molecular weight having at least one acryloyl group (e.g., 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate) and/or (ii) a photopolymerizable oligomer having at least one acryloyl group (B) a photoinitiator of radical reaction type with the main absorption region ranging from 300nm-450nm in terms of wavelength, i.e., ultraviolet absorption region (e.g., 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone) (C) an organic peroxide-based radical polymerization initiator with the 1hr half life temperature of 50-90 deg.C (e.g., isobutyl peroxide) and (D) metallic fine power (e.g., Au, Ag) as the electrically conductive material. This composition is curable in the form of a coating film <=5mm thick by ultraviolet irradiation.
