Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation and breakage of a heat insulation plate even when a sealing layer is broken, and prevent a heat insulation property from lowering, and also facilitate its repair by fastening a joint material to the joint part of heat insulation plates, and adhering a sealing tape to the heat insulation plate in a manner covering the joint parts. CONSTITUTION: A joint material 20 being a T-shape in cross-section is formed which comprises a claw part 21 and a base plate 22 and consists of a high rigid material. After a heat insulation plate 2 is spread over the outer wall 1 of a tank or the like without interstices, the claw part 21 of a joint material 20 is hit in a joint part between each heat insulation plate 2, and a base plate 22 is pressed to the main surface 9 of the heat insulation plate 2 so that the joint material 20 is fastened therein. Furthermore, a sealing tape 10 having a wider breadth than that of the base plate 22 is adhered along the longitudinal direction of the base plate 22 without interstices in a manner covering a main surface 9 in the proximity with the base plate 10, and thereafter a sealing layer 4 is formed at the inside of the heat insulation plate 2 via an anchor.
