中心部に気密を保つた状態で昇降可能にニード
ルを保持したニードルホルダと、
上記ニードルホルダの下方に位置して、上面に
上記試料片の受台を有し、上記ニードルホルダと
の圧接により上記ニードルホルダ下面との間に気
密の試料室が形成される試料テーブルと、
上記ニードルホルダあるいは試料テーブルを、
試料テーブルあるいはニードルホルダに向けて移
動させ、両者を所定力で圧接させるための第1昇
降装置と、
上記ニードルを試料室内の試料片に向けてイン
チング降下させる第2昇降装置と、
上記試料テーブルに配設され、ニードルの押圧
によつて上記試料片が割れた際の音を出する振動
センサと、
上記第1昇降装置により試料テーブルとニード
ルホルダとを圧接させた後、第2昇降装置を、振
動センサからの信号が入力されるまで作動させる
制御装置とで構成したことを特徴とするガス分析

密の試料室が形成される試料テーブルと、 上記ニードルホルダあるいは試料テーブルを、
試料テーブルあるいはニードルホルダに向けて移
動させ、両者を所定力で圧接させるための第1昇
降装置と、 上記ニードルを試料室内の試料片に向けてイン
チング降下させる第2昇降装置と、 上記試料テーブルに配設され、ニードルの押圧
によつて上記試料片が割れた際の音を検出する振
