Abstract

PURPOSE: To attain freedom in load regulation at the time of parallel operation by stopping the rotary section when a specified refrigerant is fed to an arbitrary number of indoor units and operating the rotary section intermittently when request of thermal load is different among a plurality of indoor units. CONSTITUTION: Under a state where conduction with each port 14 in a conduction port 19 and a casing 13 or combination with the conduction port 19 is varied depending on the rotary position of a rotary section 11, respective conducting positions can be set to be switched simultaneously. When the rotary section 11 is in nonrotational state, refrigerant liquid can be fed to a required position by conducting an indoor unit at an arbitrary position with the rotary section 11. Since a fluid distribution means 9 is provided with the rotary drive source 12 of the rotary section 11, fluid supply to each indoor unit 2 can be regulated between 100-0% by switching conduction of each port 14 selectively.
