    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器とその容器の開口部に被蓋したキヤツプと
    該キヤツプの天井部に押圧によつて自在に昇降し
    得る如く取り付けてなる押しボタンと及び該キヤ
    ツプに取り付けたスポイトとの組み合わせよりな
    る容器に於いて、キヤツプ内を気密に保持しなが
    らキヤツプ内壁に沿つて摺動し得る弾性シーラー
    を押しボタンの内部に固着すると共に該押しボタ
    ンと弾性シーラーとの間に密封空気室を形成し、
    かつキヤツプ内に突設した支持突起によつてこの
    密封空気室を外方から支持するように構成したこ
    とを特徴としたスポイト容器。
