空間を設置する函体に、該函体内に一定の組成範
囲内の気体を圧入する気体圧入設備を、該気体圧
入設備と該函体とを連結する導管とその開口部と
を介して配置し、該函体内に発生した煙霧質の混
入した気体を吸込ませる吸入口・導管と接続して
該函体に水噴射ジエツトポンプ（エジエクター）
を取付け、該噴射ポンプの吐出口から吐出される
気体の流路に於て該気体を洗滌し、気体中に含ま
れる煙霧質を分離する為の水噴霧ノズル管を適宜
多段的に配置した水噴霧室を該噴射ポンプ吐出孔
に接続して設け、該噴霧室で洗滌された気体の出
口は、上記函体内に開口させ、且つ水噴射ジエツ
トポンプに駆動水を送入し、また水噴霧ノズル管
に圧力水を供給する圧力水源を送水管を介して、
水噴射ジエツトポンプ及び水噴霧ノズル管に連結
し、上記函体の底部及び上記水噴霧室の底部には
、夫々水中と連通し且つ、略々同一水準に位置す
る開口部を設けることを特徴とする水中設置空間
