本発明は抗真菌活性を有する物質KBS2−P104及
びその製造法に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a substance KBS2-P104 having antifungal activity and a method for producing the same.
本発明者らは、バチルス属菌の生産する抗菌性低分子物
質を探索中バチルス属の一菌株が抗真菌活性物質を生産
することを知り、更に、該物質が新規物質であることを
確認し、これを物質KBS2−P104と命名し、本発

本発明で使用する菌は物質KBS2−P104を生産す
るものであればいずれでもよいが1例示としてはバチル
ス(Bacillus) KB−52があげられる。バ
チルスKB−52は微工研にFERM P−8985と
して寄託されており、また菌学的性質の概要は次の通り

含有したもので、物質KBS2−P104を生産蓄積す
