シヤワーノズルを備え、シリンダ内のピストンの
上下の上加圧室及び下加圧室に駆動水を交互に注
入もしくは排水させるための駆動水配管を前記上
加圧室及び下加圧室に接続し、前記駆動水配管に
駆動水循環用の循環ポンプを設けると共に駆動水
の循環方向を切り替えるため切換え弁を設け、前
記シヤワーノズルが往復移動範囲の端に達した時
に前記切換え弁を駆動させるための反転機構を設
け、シヤワーノズルに前記駆動水配管とは独立し
