Claims (1)
ータ部とポンプ部とからなり、ポンプ取扱液の一
部をキヤンドモータ部のロータ軸を支承するベア
リングの潤滑面へ循環供給するよう構成すること
を特徴とする直流キヤンドモータポンプ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の直流
キヤンドモータポンプにおいて、キヤンドモータ
部は、モータケーシングの内周部にステータを密
閉配置し、このステータの内側に永久磁石を使用
したロータを回転自在に支承すると共にロータの
外周をロータキヤンで密閉し、前記密閉配置され
たステータのコアと隣接させてロータの永久磁石
の磁気変化を検出する磁気センサを設け、この磁
気センサを前記ステータの付勢制御を行う制御回
路に入力する信号を発生する回転変位検出素子と
して構成してなる直流キヤンドモータポンプ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の直流
キヤンドモータポンプにおいて、ポンプ部はロー
タ軸の一端を支承するベアリングを保持するため
のベアリングハウジングの側面にポンプ室を形成
し、このポンプ室で得られた吐出液をモータケー
シングの外周部へ案内すると共にこの吐出液の一
部をロータ室内へ循環させるよう構成してなる直
