Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はテープに対するヘツドを移動自在に保
持されたヘツド板上に固定された磁気ヘツドとシ
ールド線との結線装置に関するものである。

従来テープレコーダにおいて移動自在に保持さ
れたヘツド板上のヘツドは早送り、巻戻し、停止
時にテープより後退し、再生、録音時に前進して
テープに当接する。このヘツドから初段アンプ等
回路部への布線は、シールド線が使用されていた
が、いろいろな問題が生じていた。そのひとつと
してシールド線として細いものを使用している
た、低温動作試験で線材が固くなりヘツド板の移
動等機構部の動きを悪くする事があつた。又、細
いシールド線にしているため、半田付部の端末が
細くなりテープレコーダのプレイ、早送り、巻戻
し、ストツプ等の操作を繰返し行なつた場合、細
いため切れてしまう事もあつた。特に2方向再生
可能なテープレコーダにあつては一方向再生に比
べ2倍のシールド線を必要とするため、そのよう
な現象が顕著に生じやすかつた。

本考案の目的は、上記した従来技術の欠点をな
くし、2方向再生可能なテープレコーダにおい
て、円滑なヘツド板移動、切断事故のないヘツド
と回路部との結線、かつヘツドの端子群の接続に
おいて誤配線のない磁気ヘツドの結線装置を提供
するものである。

子群10及び切換スイツチ11のピン12が挿入
されるための孔が予め設けられている。さらにフ
レキシブル基板1の固定部5に半田付したシール
ド線13,14を通して初段アンプ等の回路部へ
結線される。なおフレキシブル基板のアースパタ
ーン7,8は各チヤンネルの中央にありシールド
効果を持たせてある。

がなくなり、又フレキシブルキバンは低温にても
可撓性を有するためヘツド板は円滑な移動をする
事ができ、又シールド線はフレキシブルキバンの
固定部に半田付してなるので切れることがなく、
かつフレキシブル基板を中間に配したヘツド及び
スイツチへの接続は予めパターン印刷によつてヘ
ツド及びスイツチ等の端子群等の位置ぎめがなさ
れているため誤配線が全くなくなつた、さらにフ
レキシブル基板に特に溝を設けて複数個の分枝部
を設けたため、1つの電子部品に対して基板の重
複接続が可能となり、それに基づく適用製品の機
能の拡大は多大なものがある。
