Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)成形装置から次々と平らなパレットに載って出て
くるコンクリート製品を逐次、停止位置に停め、その停
止位置のパレット上、製品の外側に、同形パレットを製
品に触れない高さに支える囲み枠を載せ、 この状態のパレットを、養生場への送り機構上の段積み
場に次々と積み重ね、 適当な段数だけ積重なった時、上記送り機構により養生
場へ送り込み、 養生場から出て来たら、上段のパレットから順次、上記
囲み枠を回収して、パレットつき製品だけ所要位置へ送
る事を特徴とするコンクリート製品の養生準備方法。

チェンに係合し、各チェンの同期循環により、水平姿勢
で垂直矩形状循環動作をする対向梁と、 この対向梁から内方へ突出し、はね上げると上方へ逃げ
るよう軸支された二対以上のパレット受具とを備え、 上記対向梁の一巡動作により、上記停止位置でパレット
をすくい上げ、真上の囲い枠もすくい取って、段積み場
へ降ろし積むようにした事を特徴とするコンクリート製
品の養生準備装置。
