Conventional technology Conventionally, grooves were formed inside the pillars that were planted at appropriate intervals, and the plates were fitted at both ends into the grooves and stacked one after another. The main method is to slide the plates, which involves forming grooves between each plate and overlapping them. The above materials are usually made of wood, concrete, etc.

又、古来より丸太材を虫ね合わせて行 き壁面を形成することも行われている。Also, since ancient times, logs have been glued together. It is also practiced to form a wall surface with a wall surface.

c) Problems with the prior art In the method of fitting the plate materials into pillars at both ends or grooves at the top and bottom and stacking or paralleling the plate materials to form a wall surface aa, the plate materials must first be formed.
Required processing Also, in order to process wood into boards, particularly large pieces of wood are required, resulting in unnecessary parts of the material,
Even if that part were to be used for other purposes, it would be difficult to ensure efficient use of the material.

Also, since the method of stacking logs is a difficult assembly technique, it is not possible for anyone to assemble them into a cylinder, and thin logs cannot be used. Recently, there has been a call for the effective use of thinned wood, as it cannot be formed into planks and is difficult to use as logs.

2) Means for solving the problem Therefore, in the present invention, the wall surface can be formed simply by fitting the cross W of the shape material and the H shape material, and anyone can assemble it easily and quickly. In this method, even small logs such as thinned wood can be formed into a shape that can be fully used, and grooves with appropriate depth and thickness are permanently installed from both sides toward the center of the log. It consists of a summer-shaped material having the same thickness as the groove and more than twice the height of the groove, and by aligning the 11th summer-shaped material with the groove of the H-shaped material, the H-shaped material is formed. It is characterized in that both ends of the shaped material and the summer shaped material are fitted into engagement grooves bored in a pillar or the like.

E) Example ↓ is an H-shaped material, and it is of course possible to use 1 thinned material 2, or use a log or concrete forming material. In the case of 0 thinned material 2, it is in the form of a small log (as shown in the second diagram) Alternatively, the top, bottom, left, and right sides may be cut off as appropriate (as shown in the third figure). Also, the even corners may be left unprocessed and the roundness of the small log may be left as is, or may be processed. Whether the even corner parts are left or processed, a large part can be used as compared to the case where the thinned timber 2 is used as square timber, and it can be used as a larger diameter and has greater strength. 3.3 is a groove, which is bored at an appropriate depth toward the center of the thinned material 2 from above and below. The hill is a summer-shaped material with a thickness W that fits into the groove 3 and a depth of 2 of the groove 3.
The height of the borrowed scenery In is h. Of course, the summer shape material 4 may also be made of thinned wood 2 or other materials. Dan is an even square pillar.

An engagement y#6.6 in which the H-shaped member ↓ fits in the direction perpendicular to the center of the thinned material 2, and an engagement in which the summer-shaped member 4 engages deeper than the engagement groove 6.6 in the center. A matching groove 7.7 is bored. Is it possible to drill only the engagement groove 6.6 from top to bottom without providing the engagement groove 7.7?Experimentally, it was formed longer than the summer shape member 4, and the engagement groove 7. It is best to fit the On the other hand, there are engagement grooves 6, 6 at symmetrical positions in the center of the middle pillar.

Next, the method of constructing the wall surface will be explained. Even square pillars or intermediate pillars are fixed upright at appropriate intervals. The even square pillars and the middle pillars are fixed by known methods such as fastening them to an L stand made of concrete or wood using bolts and nuts, or planting them using f-lights and Ih holes.

Next, a HyL-shaped material 1 with a length matching the distance between the even square pillar and the middle pillar is fitted into the engagement groove 6.6 from the top of the pillar and dropped. Next, the summer shape member 4 is fitted and dropped into the engagement groove 7.7 from the upper end. The H-shaped material 1 and the summer-shaped material 4 are then inserted one after another, and at the same time, the ■-shaped material is engaged with the engagement groove 7.7 of the even square pillar or the middle pillar. The lower end fits into the groove 3 of the H-shaped material 1, and the upper end further fits into the H-shaped material 1 structure 3 above it, and the wall surface is formed by sequentially stacking them in the same manner. The above is a method of using the H-shaped material 1 and summer-shaped material 4 horizontally as planting layers. Of course, the wall surface can be constructed by using the material 1 and the summer shape material 4 in the vertical direction. Depending on the location or selection, the H-shaped member ↓ and the I-shaped member 4 can also be used with an oblique inclination.

f)) Functions and Effects of 2) According to the method of the present invention as described above, an H-shaped material having grooves of appropriate depth and thickness formed from both sides toward the center of a log material, etc., and the grooves are formed. The I-shaped material is made of I-shaped material having the same thickness as the groove and more than twice the height of the groove, and one I-shaped material is successively fitted into the groove of the H-shaped material, and the H-shaped material and one
The feature is that both ends of the shaped material are fitted into engagement grooves drilled in pillars, etc., so H-shaped material, By simply engaging the materials alternately, they will engage with the grooves of either the ■-shaped material or the H-shaped material, and will be reliably assembled to form a wall surface extremely easily and quickly. However, if the engagement grooves of the H-shaped material and the ■-shaped material are formed at different depths and fitted to the pillar etc., the resistance to pressure in each direction such as left and right and lateral directions will be extremely large. Its ability to withstand distortion is extremely large, so much so that it is not necessary for, for example, bracing. In addition, it is possible to make use of not only individual cuttings, but also the whole of thinned wood, which is extremely beneficial for the utilization of valuable forest resources that have been limited in their use in the past. Therefore, anyone can easily form a wall surface, and it can be used not only for the wall surface of a house but also for interior decoration, and the range of use is wide and the practical effect is great.
