In doing so, the gist is that the vicinity of both ends are made into straight portions 3 along the longitudinal direction of the main body 1, and the entire area between the straight portions 3 is made into a wavy portion 2.

した。 This also applies when the thin plate material shown in Fig. 2 is sheared in the unfolded state to make a mold of the entire body. It no longer felt weak. In fact, the shear strength was improved by 10% compared to the conventional product.

た。 Therefore, when bending into a cylindrical shape due to the weak strength of the claw-like acute angles, there will be no production of defective products with bent ends, and there will be no variation in the overall length of the finished product, improving accuracy. The day came.

In addition, there were cases where the ends of the finished spring pins got caught together, preventing smooth work, but since the straight part 3 is formed in the present invention, there is no possibility of accidental injury at the ends. This made it possible to avoid the problem of the ends getting stuck together or the ends getting caught.

た。 In this case, by forming the gap 5 between the straight portions 3 to be slightly narrower than the gap 4 between the corrugated portions 2,
This has the effect of preventing the spring pins from becoming entangled with each other, eliminating the possibility of unexpected accidents.

As a result, both ends of the blade are particularly susceptible to stress during work, leading to rapid wear and short tool life.
