度センサと、温度センサで検出した温度から算出
した調節用スペーサ長と、主軸回転数から算出し
た最適プリロード量を付与可能な最適調節用スペ
ーサ長とを比較して、最適調節用スペーサ長を得
られる温度に調節用スペーサを、発熱抵抗体へ通
電して加熱し、一定温度に制御された油を通路を
経て油室へ供給して冷却する温度制御手段を具備
する、工作機械の主軸ベアリングにかかるプリロ
ードを電熱と油とを用いて一定に維持する装置。 An adjustment spacer with an oil chamber and a heating resistor installed between the outer rings of the main shaft bearing of a machine tool, a passage communicating with the oil chamber provided in the main shaft housing, and an adjustment spacer that controls the temperature of the main shaft bearing.
