いとされている。そのため、パネルの曲げ加工に
よるひずみを矯正し且つパネル表面をやや凸状に
形成するために、従来のパネルの補強構造はリブ
を周囲に配置するほか、パネルの裏面中央におい
てリブを十字に組み、横リブにより縦リブを押し
且つ横リブに或る間隔で固定されたアングル状の
ピース部材(パネル押板)によりパネルの裏面を
押すように構成された。従つて、従来のパネル補
強構造ではリブの本数が多くなるのみでなく、ピ
ース部材を溶接などによりリブに固定しなければ
ならなかつたため著しく手間がかかり、コストの
高いものになる欠点があつた。

が可能となる。そして、パネルの凹状のひずみは
適切に矯正され且つパネル表面を所望の凸状に保
持することができる等の著しい効果がある。
