ロアパネル２に、前記アツパパネル３の回転時に
前記ロツクピン８の移動を可能とする通路９ａと
、前記係合フランジ８ａの上方に位置して該係合
フランジ８ａの上方への移動を阻止する阻止片９
ｂとを備えたブラケツト９を固定したことを特徴
