Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A cylinder whose interior is pressurized and filled with gas, a removable piston rod that extends sealingly through one end of the cylinder, and a piston rod that is fixed to the insertion end of the piston rod and that extends inside the cylinder. A piston separated into two chambers and slidably fitted in a cylinder, the piston having a first communication path that communicates the two chambers through an orifice, and a piston that communicates the two chambers without going through the orifice. In the gas stay, the piston is divided into two so as to have a surface perpendicular to its axis. A gas stay characterized in that a passage groove is formed on at least one dividing surface, and when combined with the other dividing surface, the passage groove constitutes an orifice of the first communicating passage.
