２はシリンダ、３，４は外側ピストン、５は内
側ピストン、９は息抜き穴、１１はエアシリンダ
装置、１２はエアシリンダのエア漏れ警報装置、
１３はエアの流量センサ、１４は警報器である。

センサを取り付け、該流量センサが一定量以上の
エアの流量を検出した場合に警報を発する警報器
を設けたことを特徴とするエアシリンダのエア漏
