取付孔に取付ける取付構造であつて、該クリツプ
部材は、平板状の基板とその下部に略アンカー形
状で前記取付孔に弾性係着可能な係止脚部を設け
、また別体に設けたシート状で前記基板を包着可
能とする被覆部材に挿通孔を貫設し、該挿通孔に
前記クリツプ部材の係止脚部を挿通して被覆部材
と基板とを重合状にするとともに、該被覆部材を
介してフラツトケーブルの所要個所に前記基板を
挟持状に接着手段等により一体成形する構成とし
