Conventionally, in a Raschel machine, which is a type of warp knitting machine among knitting and looms, each of the thread guiding needles is attached to a guide bar provided to feed warp threads or pattern threads to the knitting section, corresponding to the knitting needles. It is well known that knitting devices are known in which the knitting needles are individually controlled and the position of action on the knitting needles is changed for each knitting course. A machine equipped with these devices is called a Jacquard Drashel machine.

The above-mentioned Jacquard Drashel machine can be roughly divided into a mechanical Jacquard head, and a Jacquard card set in the Jacquard head is connected to a dropper that acts on a yarn guiding needle (Franchin guide). A system for selectively controlling the vertical movement of the vertical hand (Patent application 1987-1243
67), and a system in which the dropper is directly controlled by electromagnetic selection means such as a solenoid instead of a mechanical Jacquard head (Japanese Patent Application No. 15338/1982).

However, in any of the above systems, the controlled thread guiding needle is directly or indirectly connected to a mechanical driving means such as a jacquard head via a connecting wire, and this connecting wire is connected to the thread guiding needle. The guide bars are placed in parallel and suspended above the guide bars in close contact with each other in the direction of the knitting needle rows, making it easy to thread the warp or pattern threads of other guide bars or insert threads during knitting. , it is very inconvenient to be obstructed by the connecting wire, and the position adjustment work for the connecting wire at the time of installation of the knitting machine is also very time-consuming. The maximum number of rows that could be installed was two.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and uses a member that can be connected to the yarn guiding needle or displaced by energizing a control member close to the yarn guiding needle, without using parallel connecting wires, to change the position of action of the yarn guiding needle with respect to the knitting needle. It is an object of the present invention to provide a device for individually displacing thread guiding needles.

(15b) is a yarn guide needle having a hole at the tip for guiding the warp fed from a warp winder (not shown), and these yarn guide needles (15a) and (15b) are used as control members. The piezoelectric actuator (16) is connected to and fixed to the piezoelectric actuator (16). This piezoelectric actuator (16) is immovably fixed at one end to a holding portion (17) projecting to one side in the upper longitudinal direction of the guide bar (10). The piezoelectric actuator has a laminated bimorph structure and uses piezoelectric ceramics as a material, and as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, there are 3

) is bent to become an actuator (16a), and its tip end is connected to the stopper (9) of the stoppers (9) provided below the guide bar (10) in a manner corresponding to the number of thread guiding needles (15). The tip of the thread guiding needle (15a) that is in contact with the thread guiding needle (15a) and thereby connected to the thread guiding needle (15a) is connected to the adjacent thread guiding needle (15a).

When the power is removed, the expansion and contraction distortion disappears and the actuator (16
a) returns to the original position. In this way, by controlling the energization or de-energization of each actuator in synchronization with knitting according to the pattern configuration, it becomes possible to displace the thread guiding needle between necessary knitting needles.

In the above embodiment, since the yarn guide needle can be displaced in only one direction, knitting can be performed with the yarn guide needle always in contact with either the left or right stopper, so that stable displacement movement is possible. As a result, it becomes suitable for high-speed operation based on a normal knitting structure.

The example shown in FIG. 6 is a device that can displace the thread guide needle to any position of the adjacent thread guide needles on the left and right, and the left and right sides of the stopper (9) are tilted to form a triangular cross-sectional shape. In this case, the thread guide needle (15) is bent and the thread guide needle (15) is bent.

You can turn on the wire so that a) is on the ○ side and the conductor (18b) is on the ○ side, or bend it to the left and connect it to the thread guiding needle (L5d).
To do this, place the conductor (18c) on the
) should be on the e side, and the expansion/contraction strain generated in the actuator (16) acts in the opposite direction and bends, causing the stopper (2

As described above, the present invention provides a knitting and loom in which the thread guide needles can be individually displaced, and which is necessary for the conventional system in which the needles are directly driven by a dropper or the thread guide needles themselves. The configuration does not require a connecting wire corresponding to each thread guide needle, and the configuration uses electrical energization control, which eliminates the need for a connecting wire.As a result, it is possible to use individually movable thread guide needles or guide plates. Since it is possible to provide three or more rows of guide bars, it is possible to perform jacquard knitting or weaving with more diverse knitting structures or weaving structures, and it is also possible to perform jacquard knitting or weaving with more diverse knitting structures or weaving structures. This eliminates the need for adjustment work, and also makes it easy to perform electrical plug-in work, which has the effect of improving one-work efficiency.
