The swinging member 74 includes a swinging piece 75 having a generally triangular shape in a plan view and is swingable via a support shaft 73, and when the front end of the slider base 62 is located toward the rear of the window hole 56, One side portion 75a is flush with the inner surface 71 of the base portion of the slider 32 and is made non-swingable by the inner wall 55 of the guide portion,
The other side side 75b matches the rear wall 72a of the guide groove 72 so that the tip 75c faces into the sliding groove 65, and the cable tip 43a is in a straight line with the guide groove rear wall 72a, and the other side side 75b The cable slider 44 is formed so as to be in contact with the tip 75c of the intermediate wall 66, and the slider 32 is formed so that the rear wall 72a of the guide groove 72 and the locking piece 57 are in a straight line. Since the present invention is formed as described above, when tilting up the rear part 4 of the sliding roof, the rear end of the slider base 62 is positioned near the rear wall 36 of the guide part as shown in FIG. When the cable 43 is moved forward, the swinging piece 75 moves against the inner wall 55 of the guide portion.
Because the front end 75c of the other side portion 75b faces into the swing groove 65 in a non-swingable state, the forward movement of the cable 43 is caused by the movement of the other side portion 75b and the support shaft portion 73.
The signal is transmitted to the slider 32 via the slider 32, moves the slider 32 forward, moves the drive lever 23 forward, and operates the tilt-up device 21.

Next, as the slider 32 moves forward a predetermined distance, the front part of the guide groove 72 faces the window hole 56, and the lock between the guide part inner wall 55 and one side part 75a is released, the swinging piece 74 moves slightly. The guide groove rear wall 72a swings clockwise, as shown in FIG.
7, the other side portion 75b is in a substantially linear state.
is inserted into the guide groove 72, the tip of one side 75a protrudes outward from the window hole 56, and the front end of the slider base 62 is engaged with the stopper member 52, and as shown in FIG. Creates a tilt-up condition at the rear of the riding roof.

Furthermore, even if the cable 43 is moved forward from this state, the slider 32 does not move as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, and only the cable 43 moves forward inside the cable protection pipe 54 through the escape hole 53. Since the drive lever 23 is moved forward, the tilt up device 21 and the drive device 41 are moved.
There is no risk of any damage to the equipment.

Next, when closing the roof opening 3 from the sliding roof rear tilt-up state, when the drive device 41 is actuated to move the cable 43 backward, first only the cable 43 moves backward, and as shown in FIGS. When the cable 43 further moves backward from the state shown in the figure and the cable slider 44 is locked to the intermediate wall 66, the cable 43 is subsequently moved backward due to the lock between the cable slider 44 and the intermediate wall 66, and the slider 32 moves rearward, moves the drive lever 23 rearward, and operates the tilt-up device 21.

Note that when the cable slider 44 is locked to the intermediate wall portion 66, the cable tip 43a is in a substantially straight line with the guide groove rear wall 72a, so as the slider 32 moves backward, the cable tip 43a is locked to the one side portion 75a. Pushed by the piece 57, the swinging piece 75 swings counterclockwise around the support shaft 73, and as shown in FIGS. The tip 75c of the other side 75b is flush with the other side.
