に分離するようにした構造において、分離された
玄米中の被害粒量と未熟米量とをそれぞれ検出す
る被害粒量センサ及び未熟米量センサと、これら
各センサにより検出される被害粒量と未熟米量に
基づき等級を設定する等級設定器と、該等級設定
器での等級に基づき算出される許容未熟米量に対
し前記未熟米量センサによる検出未熟米量の比較
を行う比較制御要素と、未熟米の選別取出量の増
減調節を行う選別駆動制御要素とを備え、前記選
別装置で取出される未熟米量を許容の規定未熟米
量に維持するように前記駆動制御要素を作動制御
するように構成したことを特徴とする穀粒選別装
