- 磁気パターンを記録した磁気媒体上をスライダ
ーと連結して板バネで圧接されながら摺動移動す
る磁気センサーによつて磁気の変化を電気的信号
に変換する磁気エンコーダにおいて、前記磁気媒
体上を摺動する磁気センサーの摺動面にセラミツ
ク層を形成してなる磁気エンコーダ。
