Claims (1)
- 光路を遮る試験体の影により前記試験体の寸法
を測定する測定装置の校正を行う装置において、
互いに代表寸法の異なる複数の校正ゲージと、こ
の複数の校正ゲージの中の１つの校正ゲージを指
定する設定部と、前記の複数の校正ゲージが取り
付けられ、前記設定部の出力に従つて前記設定部
により指定された校正ゲージを前記光路に位置さ
せる駆動部とを備えたことを特徴とする校正装置
。
