ロツトスプールと、電気パルス信号に応じて正逆
回転する電気パルスモータと、電気パルスモータ
の出力軸と連結して出力軸の回転に応じてパイロ
ツトスプールを軸方向への目標位置に移動する移
動機構と、ばねの弾性力を電気パルスモータの出
力軸へ付与して電気パルス信号による出力軸の回
転を原位置に復帰作用する中立位置保持装置と、
主スプール端に第1作用室と対向形成して前記バ
ルブ機構に供給するパイロツト液体の一部を導入
する第2作用室とを備え、バルブ機構に供給する
パイロツト液体の圧力より第2作用室の液体圧力
を減圧制御するように第2作用室へパイロツト液
体を絞りを介して導入すると共に第2作用室の液
体を絞りを介して排出可能に設けて成るデジタル
