Claims (1)
弾性チユーブと、該弾性チユーブに対してほぼ垂
直方向に摺動自在に前記フレーム上に支持された
押圧ロツドと、該押圧ロツドを前記弾性チユーブ
に向かつて押圧するロツド駆動体と、前記弾性チ
ユーブから離間する方向に前記押圧ロツドを押圧
する第一バネ体とを有し、前記ロツド駆動体によ
り前記押圧ロツドを前記弾性チユーブに対し押圧
及び押圧解放することにより、前記弾性チユーブ
内の流体の流れを遮断及び流通可能状態にするピ
ンチバルブにおいて、前記押圧ロツドに対し同軸
上でかつ一定距離分離して配置されると共に、前
記ロツド駆動体により前記弾性チユーブに向かつ
て押圧されるロツド駆動部材と、前記押圧ロツド
と前記ロツド駆動部材との間に前記第一バネ体の
弾性力より大きい弾性力を有する第二バネ体を設
けたことを特徴とするピンチバルブ。 (2) 前記ロツド駆動体は、駆動軸と、該駆動軸
に固定されたカム体とで構成された実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項記載のピンチバルブ。 (3) 前記カム体は、該カム体に対し隣接して固
定されたスイツチを作動しかつ前記駆動軸に取付
けられた制御用カム体と、前記駆動軸に対し偏心
して取付けられた転動円筒体とを有する実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(2)項記載のピンチバルブ。 (4) 前記ロツド駆動体は、電磁ソレノイドであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のピンチ
バルブ。 (5) 前記流体は、浮遊粒子を分散した液体であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項〜第(4)項の何
