Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中空状態に成形された樹脂本体と、 前記樹脂本体の端部に一体に樹脂で形成された
エンドキヤツプと、 前記エンドキヤツプ成形時の射出圧力によつて
前記樹脂本体の端部に位置する金型に設けられた
リーク溝からエンドキヤツプ形成樹脂が食出して
形成されたエンドキヤツプから樹脂本体の中空部
に至る余剰樹脂部と、 を具備することを特徴とする中空を有する樹脂製
品。 (2) 前記エンドキヤツプから樹脂本体の中空部
に至る余剰樹脂部は、樹脂本体の中空部の内壁面
に一体化されていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載の中空を有する樹脂製
品。 (3) 前記エンドキヤツプから樹脂本体の中空部
に至る余剰樹脂部は、樹脂本体の中空部の内壁面
の上部に一体化されていることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の中空を有する
樹脂製品。 (4) 前記中空状態に成形された樹脂本体は、押
出成形で形成したモールとしたことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の中空を有
する樹脂製品。
