Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the previously developed liquid bags that have a seamless cylindrical body attached, the folds on both sides of the cylindrical body form a loop shape and bulge, and the front and back are flexible. When a cylindrical body made of a sheet is attached, when the cylindrical body and the bag body are heat-sealed, there is an extreme difference in thickness, and pores are formed in the heat-sealed part along the cylindrical body, causing the bag body to deteriorate. Even if both walls of the cylindrical body are pressed tightly together by the internal pressure of
There is a defect that drinking water stored in the bag leaks from the loop-shaped portion and pores during transportation, storage, etc., and there is currently no satisfactory product.

Function: Since the liquid bag with the injection valve according to the present invention is constructed as described above, it is easy to pour drinking water into the bag, and the injection valve is automatically closed as soon as injection is completed, thereby providing a backflow prevention function. Acts quickly,
To provide a liquid bag that completely prevents drinking water from leaking inside the bag body during transportation and storage. An example of implementing the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The bag body is a cylindrical body having a front wall 1 and a rear wall 2 made of a synthetic resin film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. The optimum thickness of the synthetic resin film is about 200 μm. This cylindrical body is obtained by appropriately cutting a tubular body made by inflation extrusion, heat-sealing the lower end to form a bottom part 3, making an opening 4 at the upper end, and heat-sealing the other part 5. The upper end of the cylindrical body is closed. Next, the flat tubular body 6 of the present invention is attached to the open part of the upper end of the bag body.

As a result of many experiments, the flat tubular body 6 of the present invention has been developed, for example, by combining a seamless cylindrical body or a single film into two parts.
In the case of the cylindrical body 7 (Fig. 7 shows an example of a seamless cylindrical body), which is made into a cylindrical body by folding it and heat-sealing one side, it is attached to the front and rear walls of the bag body in a flat shape. When heat-sealing 5', 5' and attaching the cylindrical body, the inner sides of the folds on both sides of the cylindrical body form loops 8, 8 as shown in the cross section of FIG. It was discovered that the bag did not adhere tightly, and after drinking water was injected into the bag body, it leaked from the loop due to capillary action.

Therefore, the flat tubular body 6 of the present invention is made by shifting two synthetic resin films 10, 10 to the left and right, superimposing them, and heat-sealing both ends 11, 11 in the longitudinal direction, so that the flat tubular body 6 serves as a valve. be. Alternatively, one of the two films 10 may be made wider than the other film 10, and the flat tubular body 6 may be formed by superimposing them and heat-sealing the ends 11, 11 in the longitudinal direction. Next, the flat tubular body 6
are vertically heat-sealed 5' so that one side projects outward from the upper end of the bag body and the other side is located inside the bag body.
Attach with 5'. In Fig. 1, the flat tubular body 6
It is attached so that it protrudes from the upper end of the bag body. Further, the attachment of the flat tubular body 6 is not limited to this, but it is also possible to align the upper end of the flat tubular body with the upper end of the bag body and attach it by heat fusion. Further, the outside of the flat tubular body 6 and the inside of the bag main body are connected with a heat-sealed portion 12 to form a liquid bag having an injection valve of the present invention. The present invention is as described above, and the bag is inserted between the two synthetic resin films 10 and 10 of the flat tubular body 6 into the faucet of a water supply, water tank, etc., and as soon as the filling of drinking water is finished, the bag is poured from the faucet. When the bag is pulled out, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the synthetic resin films 10, 10 forming the injection port are brought into close contact with each other from both sides by the internal pressure of the bag body, completely preventing the drinking water inside from flowing out to the outside. to prevent. Furthermore, since a heat-sealed portion 12 is formed on the inner wall of the bag body and the outside of the injection port, the injection valve will not pop out even if the internal pressure fluctuates during storage or transportation. Then, as shown in FIG.
In the case of a cylindrical body having a structure of 4 and 14, the front wall 1 and the rear wall constituting the bag body are shown in FIG. Since a total of four sheets, the two synthetic resin films 2 and the two synthetic resin sheets 13 and 13 forming the injection port, are heat-sealed 5' and 5' at the same position, this part is extremely As a result, it becomes difficult to set the heat-sealing temperature, pressure conditions, etc., and pores are formed in the heat-sealed part along the cylindrical body, resulting in a loss of drinking water. However, in the injection valve of the present invention, two synthetic resin films 10, 10 are shifted to the left and right, and both sides in the longitudinal direction are heat-sealed 11, 11 to form an injection port. Therefore, even if the inlet is attached to the opening at the upper end of the bag, there will be no extreme difference in thickness in this part unlike in conventional cylindrical bodies. (See FIG. 6) Therefore, thermal fusion is easily performed and pores are not formed along the cylindrical body. Therefore, leakage of drinking water from this part is completely prevented. As described above, after pouring 10 liters of drinking water into the liquid bag of the present invention, from a height of 1.5 m,
Horizontal drop tests were conducted on both products in comparison with the conventional product. As a result, in the liquid bag of the present invention, the thickness of the synthetic resin film of the bag body is approximately 200 μm, and the thickness of the synthetic resin film of the injection valve itself is approximately the same as the main body, considering the heat sealing strength, the amount of drinking water injected, etc. It turned out that it was best to keep it at the same level, and I was able to keep the number of falls around 15 to 20 times.

(Effects) As described above, this invention has two parts at the top opening of the bag body.
Since a flat tubular body made by shifting a sheet of synthetic resin film from side to side and heat-sealing both longitudinal sides is used as the injection port, the injection port is brought into close contact with both sides by the internal pressure of the bag body and is automatically closed. do. In other words, in the injection valve of the present invention, the folds on both sides of the conventional injection valve have a loop shape, and the two sides are not completely adhered to each other. In contrast, the injection valve of the present invention has two synthetic resin films that are shifted from side to side and stacked on top of each other, and both longitudinal sides are heated. Since it is fused, the folds on both sides do not form a loop.
In addition, with conventional injection valves, when attaching the injection port to the upper opening of the bag body, an extreme difference in thickness occurs in the heat-sealed part, making it difficult to set the temperature and pressure conditions for the heat-sealing. Pores are thereby formed along the inlet. On the other hand, the injection valve of the present invention uses a valve that is shifted left and right and overlapping and heat-sealed on both sides in the longitudinal direction, so there is no extreme difference in thickness at the heat-sealed location for attachment. Therefore,
Compared to conventional injection valves, it is easier to heat-seal, improving installation efficiency and preventing the formation of pores along the injection port. Therefore, the sealing effect is significantly increased and leakage of drinking water is completely prevented. Furthermore, since the injection valve of the present invention is fused to the inside of the bag body through a heat-sealed part, the injection valve will not be damaged by fluctuations in internal pressure or rocking during transportation or storage of the bag body. does not jump out. Furthermore, conventional containers for securing drinking water during earthquakes and other disasters are often made of synthetic resin moldings, which are extremely bulky and require storage space. The present invention provides a liquid bag which has great practical effects and does not require storage space by simply bundling several bags together and placing them in a cardboard box.
