一方の金属製スリーブ１５の先端を金属製シース
１２に封着し、他方の金属製スリーブ１７の先端
にリードピン１４の先端を導電固着すると共に、
該金属製スリーブ１７の端面を閉じ、両金属製ス
リーブ１５，１７の対向させたフランジ１６，１
８の間に円筒形のセラミツク製スリーブ１９を挟
み込んで固定したことを特徴とする無機絶縁ケー
