注射針先端をセプタムで封塞し、内部に薬液を貯
留した内シリンジと、前部をセプタムで封止し、
後部をシールで封止し、内部に前記内シリンジを
収納する外シリンジと、前記外シリンジのシール
を気密に貫通し前記内シリンジのプランジヤに結
合される着脱可能のステムと、前記外シリンジの
内部で前記内シリンジの前側に弾装されるばねと
を具え、ステムを介してプランジヤを前方に動か
すと、ばねが圧縮され、注射針が内側及び外側の
セプタムを貫通するようにしたことを特徴とする
