第１図はこの考案の電気機器の故障検知装置の
一実施例の構成を示す図、第２図，第３図はレー
ザダイオードの発振特性の温度依存を示す図、第
４図は従来の電気機器の故障検知装置を示す断面
図である。 図において、１は高電圧導体、２は絶縁スペー
サ、３は密閉容器、８はレーザダイオード、９は
定電流レーザ駆動・モニタ電流検出回路、１０は
リレー、１１は警報器である。なお、各図中の同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
一実施例の構成を示す図、第２図，第３図はレー
ザダイオードの発振特性の温度依存を示す図、第
４図は従来の電気機器の故障検知装置を示す断面
図である。 図において、１は高電圧導体、２は絶縁スペー
サ、３は密閉容器、８はレーザダイオード、９は
定電流レーザ駆動・モニタ電流検出回路、１０は
リレー、１１は警報器である。なお、各図中の同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 故障発生時に温度変化を伴う電気機器の故障検
知装置であつて、半導体レーザの発振特性の温度
依存を用いて温度を検知する温度検知手段と、こ
の温度検知手段によつてあらかじめ設定された一
定値以上または一定値以下の温度が検知されたと
きに故障としての通知を行う通知手段とから構成
したことを特徴とする電気機器の故障検知装置。
