Claims (1)
- 加熱室１底面壁２を貫通した回転軸３と、上記
回転軸３にはめ合わされ加熱室１内に設けられた
ターンテーブル支持軸４と、加熱室１外に設け上
記回転軸３に連結された駆動装置７とを有するタ
ーンテーブル駆動機構において、上記ターンテー
ブル支持軸４の周わりにターンテーブル支持軸４
とほぼ平行に金属製の円筒９から成るチヨーク空
胴１０を設け、加熱室１底面壁２側の上記円筒９
端を円周内方向に底面壁２とほぼ平行に折り曲げ
てつば部１１を形成し、上記つば部１１に複数個
の小穴１２を設けると共に、チヨーク空胴１０の
長さＡとつば部１１の長さＢの合計の長さがほぼ
１／４波長の通路長を有するようにしたことを特
徴とする高周波加熱装置。
