- 高周波発振器４のアンテナ６を加熱室１内に垂
下して露出させ、そのアンテナキヤツプ１４の外
周囲に高周波損失の少ない誘電体から成る有底の
円筒軸１５を取付け、それにスターラフアン７を
回転自在に取り付けたものにおいて、円筒軸１５
の底部に小穴１６を設けたことを特徴とする高周
波加熱装置。
