て定めた第2設定温度を越えた際に信号を発する
水温検出回路と、蒸気温度検出回路から第1設定
温度の検出信号を受け、かつ、水温検出回路から
第2設定温度の検出信号を受けない場合にのみ少
量湯沸かしと判断し、適宜処置のための出力を行
