- 水平端子を有するいわゆるフラツト型半導体装
置において、前記水平端子の半導体収納容器本体
との口付部近傍の面上に端子板厚の１／２以上の
深さをもつ凹部を設けることを特徴とするフラツ
ト型半導体装置。
