Claims (1)

および前記油圧シリンダ間の制御油路に介装され
て前記油圧シリンダからの油圧の放出を阻止する
チエツク弁と;該チエツク弁および前記吐出ポー
ト間で前記制御油路に介装されるマニユアル弁と
;該マニユアル弁に連動して前記チエツク弁を強
制的に開く開弁棒と;を備え、前記マニユアル弁
が、前記チエツク弁を油タンクに連通する中立位
置と、該中立位置より一方へシフトされて前記チ
エツク弁を前記吐出ポートに連通する上昇制御位
置と、前記中立位置より他方へシフトされて前記
チエツク弁を前記油タンクに連通すると共に前記
開弁棒により前記チエツク弁を開く下降制御位置
とを取るように構成された作業用車両の油圧装置
において、前記マニユアル弁に、それを前記中立
位置より前記下降制御位置に付勢する付勢手段を
