延設して外方へ開放したOリング溝を形成し、前
記中空環体内壁と外側環状壁及び内側環状壁とで
内方へ開放した環状凹所を形成してなるハウジン
グと、 前記ハウジングの環状凹所に嵌挿し得る外径を
有するとともに、前記回転軸を挿通し得る円孔を
有する環状支持板と、 前記環状支持板の外周と略一致した外周の保持
縁を有するとともに、該保持縁の中央部を軸方向
一側へ膨出させたコーン状の摺動部を有する二枚
のリツプシールと、 前記リツプシールの保持縁間に介装するととも
に、一方の摺動部を収容し得る通孔を有し且つ前
記環状凹所の内壁との間にOリングを装着し得る
外壁を有する中間部材と、 前記環状凹所に嵌挿し且つ前記外側環状壁の内
面に当接し得る外径の円筒部を有するとともに、
該円筒部の内縁を半径方向内方へ前記リツプシー
