In particular, pens with a flat nib shape have the flexibility of the 2 synthetic resin itself, which makes the sheet layer stand out, so compared to conventional gold, m1
ll! It can provide an extremely soft writing touch not found in fountain pens, and the applicant has already commercialized a writing instrument that takes advantage of this advantage.

That is, as mentioned above, since the writing surface of the pen nib is created by polishing means using a grindstone or the like, ink is generated during polishing in the ink passage that penetrates inside the pen nib and opens onto the writing surface. There is a risk that the abrasive powder will become clogged, or the synthetic resin will melt due to the frictional heat generated during polishing, disrupting the pattern shape and blocking the ink passage itself, resulting in ink discharge failure. Not only is this inconvenient, but there are also concerns about maintenance problems due to wear and deterioration of the grindstone, problems with poor writing quality due to the occurrence of polishing chips, and problems with appearance.

This problem and the problem caused by the occurrence of abrasive particles can be solved, and therefore, an excellent flat resin pen nib with extremely good ink ejection properties can be provided, and the intended purpose can be achieved.

It is made of polyamide resin, polyester resin, etc., and an ink passage 2 with an appropriate cross-sectional pattern is penetrated through the inside. If we talk about this resin nib material 1, a coating layer is formed around a narrow rod body having an ink passage. Any known material may be used, such as a flat plate-like material by covering a portion thereof, or a flat plate-like material in which the entire resin nib material is not made of a self-fused material of multiple filaments. . As the material for the resin nib material 1, polyacetal resin, which is less abrasive and has good lubricity, is particularly preferred among various synthetic resins.
